Intro
PUSSY is a feminist teen magazine that challenges patriarchal stuctures and encourages young girls and women to be loud, bold, and unapologetically themselves. Inspired by the aesthetic of early 200s teen magazines – but rejecting everything they stood for – PUSSY reclaims the format as a tool for empowerment. The project spans print, Instagram and Snapchat, building a community that meeets young women where they already are.

PUSSY works because it speaks the language its audience already knows – and then says something completely different with it. It doesn't lecture. It provokes, celebrates, and includes. In a media landscape that has long told women how to shrink, PUSSY hands them a megaphone.
